Doug Wheeler, a San Diego native, brings a unique blend of leadership experience and industry expertise to healthcare. He began his career managing several Four Seasons Hotels across the U.S., then joined Enterprise, where he rose to top Regional Sales Manager and helped launch Enterprise ExoticCar and the Enterprise Hotel Division.
Inspired by his own T4-L2 spinal fusion as a teenager, Doug transitioned into surgical healthcare, starting in spinal hardware and biologics distribution and later joining Globus Medical, where he commercialized their spinal robotics program across the West Coast. Driven by a passion for advancing patient care, he founded Olympic Surgical, leading a dynamic, patient-focused team dedicated to excellence and innovation in biologics.
Doug holds an MS in Criminal Science and Polygraphing and an MBA in International Business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, playing golf and pool, kickboxing, watching far too many movies, and running energy out of his dog Nova.
